The staff at My Father's House has a unified goal of bringing "Dignity" to the individuals we serve. Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world. As it is written in Matthew 20:28, "..., the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”  A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong.  The servant-leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.
